Pick-Up Process

Please pick up your unsold items during your specific time. If for some reason your scheduled time won’t work for you, please contact us and we will be flexible.


Pick-Up schedule for Children’s Sale:  Saturday, Nov. 11

  •  Consignors #1-199:  7:00pm – 7:20pm
  •  Consignors #200-499:  7:20pm – 7:40pm
  •  Consignors #500-999:  7:40pm – 8:00pm
  •  Consignors #1000-1499:  8:00pm – 8:20pm
  •  Consignors #1500-3999:  8:20pm – 8:40pm
  •  Consignors #4000 and higher: 8:40pm – 9:00pm

Early Pick-Up Option – (Children’s Sale ONLY)  A limited number of consignors may pick up their items between 3:00-4:00pm on Saturday. These consignors will need to find their own items and will check out with MBC staff. Items leftover will be donated. An additional $2 will be subtracted from the consignor’s profit check. (You may indicate whether or not you would like to take advantage of the early pick-up time when you register for a check-in slot.)

These times may change, depending on the number of people consigning with us for this sale. Check back when it is closer to the sale and we will have it finalized!

Reminder: Any items not picked up by 9:00pm on Saturday will be donated! This includes items left in Lost & Found. Consignors who do not pick up their items BY 9:00pm will be assessed a $25 late pick-up fee, unless they have indicated at consignor check-in that they would like un-sold items to be donated. If you are unable to pick up your items during the allotted times, please make arrangements to have someone else pick them up for you.
