Pick-Up Process

Consignors need to sign-up for a pick-up time.  Please arrive within your block of time and help us keep pick-up moving quickly.  If some one other than the consignor/spouse if picking up un-sold items, you will give MBC their name and cell number during check-in.

To help with traffic flow, please wait until your time slot to park IN THE BACK PARKING LOT.  You may park in the front parking lot at any time and walk to the back doors to enter.  PLEASE ENTER DURING YOUR TIME SLOT ONLY.

ALL consignors need to register for a pick-up time, even if you plan to donate all un-sold items.  (“Donate All” – Select the 2pm time slot so we can start pulling your items ASAP. You do NOT need to come on Saturday and you do NOT need to leave a tub at check-in.)

Pick-Up schedule for Children’s Sale:  Saturday of Sale

  • Donate All – 2pm (do NOT come on Saturday, but please select this option so our system knows you plan to donate all un-sold)
  • Every 10 minutes starting at 7:00pm, and ending at 8:40pm.

Early Pick-Up Option – We no longer have the Early Pick-Up option.

*If we are done sorting before 7pm, we will send a Remind text and allow consignors to come earlier.  This depends on how many volunteers we get Saturday afternoon.

Reminder: Any items not picked up by 9:00pm on Saturday will be donated! This includes items left in Lost & Found. Consignors who do not pick up their items BY 9:00pm will be assessed a $25 late pick-up fee, unless they have indicated at consignor check-in that they would like un-sold items to be donated. If you are unable to pick up your items during the allotted times, please make arrangements to have someone else pick them up for you.
