Consignor Checklist

If you are a first time consignor, you are probably thinking, “So many details!” The goal is not to overwhelm you, but provide answers to common questions. Use this checklist to make sure you have covered the basics. And remember, please do not hesitate to ask questions. I am here to help! (I promise not to bite!) đŸ™‚ – Joanna

  • I have followed the item limits (no more than 300 items; up to 125 hanging clothing items; up to 50 hanging clothing per gender between sizes preemie-24mon/2T; up to 10 shoes per gender)
  • All of my items are clean, free from any defects, have all the pieces, etc.
  • My hanging items are on hangers facing like a question mark.
  • My tags look like the examples on the website (not missing any information AND color-coded). For clothing, the tags are on the right side of the item.
  • Each of my items is priced at least $2.00 with $.50 increments.
  • I have done my best to make sure NONE of my items are recalled (including drop-side cribs).
  • My hanging items are sorted by gender first, then size.
  • I have signed up for a check-in time and registered to volunteer, donate food, and/or provide a service.
  • I am prepared to assemble items when I arrive at the sale.
  • Children’s Sale: I have printed and filled out a Car Seat Safety Checklist for each of the car seats I am selling. I have printed out the Instruction Guide and Warning Label for each Bumbo Seat I am selling.
  • I have printed and filled out the $20 or More item list.
  • For higher priced items, I have printed out additional details including current pricing.
  • I am ready to have fun, make money, and score incredible deals!
